Prior to joining Gilboy & Gilboy LLP, Zach was an International Tax Associate at KPMG in Philadelphia where he advised large, multinational enterprises on business decisions and tax considerations, such as global IP planning and issues involving major US international tax regimes.

Zach is a graduate of Temple University Beasley School of Law where he has attained his J.D. with a focus on business law (2022) and LL.M. in Taxation with a focus on estate planning (2023). He is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Pennsylvania Bar Association. Zachary earned his undergraduate from Penn State University – Main Campus (B.A. 2013).
