Kevin P. Gilboy is a Fellow of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel, and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America and as a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer for Estate Planning & Probate.  Kevin receives the highest (preeminent) rating for legal ability and ethical standards from LexisNexis Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating.  He served as a Trustee of the Philadelphia Bar Foundation from 2009-2013. In addition to serving as a past chair of the Probate Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association; Kevin has also served as a member of the Probate Section’s Executive Committee and as chair of the Probate Section’s Education Committee.

Kevin has lectured for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute on Using Life Insurance Trusts in Estate Planning, Estate Planning for Second Marriages, Taxes Affecting Decedents’ Estates and Drafting Estate Planning Documents. He has also taught the Federal estate and gift tax course in the Temple University Beasley School of Law Graduate Tax program.
